Information 
We are a cold range, all guns must be empty with the magazines out until told to load by the safety officer. If you need to handle your gun, you must go to a safe area typically on the side of the range against a hill.  New shooters need an orientation before shooting. Magazines can be loaded at any time but they are not to be placed into a gun until ordered to do so.



For a regular IPDA match "2nd Sunday" you will typically need: the clubs $10 match fee,  $10 range fee, a holster, 150 rounds, eye and ear protection a concealment vest or jacket and 2-3 magazines. A magazine holder is nice but you can use your pockets. A gun is important too.


For a steel challenge you need the clubs $10 match fee, $10 range fee, at least 250 rounds. Concealment and a holster is not required since many guns are 22's with larger scopes.  You will need multiple magazines,  typical stages require five magazine changes. You need eye and ear protection and a gun helps too.
